Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a meeting of the creditors of the above named Company will be held within the offices of Baker Tilly, Chartered Accountants, Breckenridge House, 274 Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow, G2 3EH on 21st February 2003 at 11.00am for the purposes mentioned in Section 99 to 101 of the said Act.
