A petition was on 21st January 2003 presented to the Court of Session by the Advocate General for Scotland for and on behalf of the Commissioners of Inland Revenue craving the Court inter alia to order that Mac & P.C. Consultants Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act 1985 and having its Registered Office at 12 Roseburn Terrace, Edinburgh, EH12 6AW be wound up by the Court and to appoint a Liquidator to the said Company in terms of the Insolvency Act 1986, in which Petition Lord Nimmo Smith by Interlocutor dated 28th January 2003 allowed all parties claiming an interest to lodge Answers thereto if so advised with the Office of Court at the Court of Session, 2 Parliament Square, Edinburgh within eight days of intimation, service and advertisement.
