Notice is hereby given that on 28th January 2003 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Hamilton Sheriff Court by Caledonian Door Panels Limited incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at 1 Millar Grove, Hamilton, Lanarkshire, ML3 9BF craving the Court inter alia that Caledonian Door Panels Limited be wound up by the court and an Interim Liquidator appointed; by Interlocutor dated 28th January 2003 the Sheriff ordained all interested parties desirous of opposing the Petition to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Hamilton within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement and eo die appointed Fraser James Gray, Chartered Accountant of Messrs Kroll Buchler Phillips, Chartered Accountants, Afton House, 26 West Nile Street, Glasgow, G1 2PF to be Provisional Liquidator of the Company with the powers specified in Part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986 of all of which notice is hereby given.
