Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at 4 Wellington Square, Ayr, KA7 1EN on Tuesday 25th February 2003 at 12 noon for the purposes mentioned in Section 99 and 101 of the said Act. In terms of the Act a list of names and addresses of the Company’s creditors will be available for inspection free of charge in the offices of Bryson & Company, Chartered Accountants, 4 Wellington Square, Ayr, KA7 1EN, during the two business days preceding the above Meeting.
