We, G Ian Rankin, CA and J Bruce Cartwright CA, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, 209 West George Street, Glasgow G2 2LW hereby give notice that we were appointed Joint Liquidators of Clincart Construction Limited on 14th January 2003, by resolution of the first meeting of creditors convened in terms of Section 138 of the Insolvency Act 1986. A Liquidation Committee was established at the meeting.

All creditors who have not already done so are required on or before 14th April 2003 to lodge their claims with me.
