The estate of Alan Blackwood, 6 Wellbeck Mews, Bradan Road, Troon trading as The Food Weighhouse, 8 Bridgegate, Irvine was sequestrated by the sheriff at Ayr on Thursday 30th January 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to William White Esq CA, Messrs W White & Co, 60 Bank Street, Kilmarnock KA1 1ER, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Wednesday 8th January 2003.
