Notice is hereby given that an environmental statement has been submitted to Argyll and Bute Council by Ennstone Thistle Ltd relating to the planning application in respect of Extraction of Sand and Gravel notified to Argyll and Bute Council.

A copy of the environmental statement and the associated planning applications may be inspected at all reasonable hours in the register of planning applications kept by the Planning Authority for the area at Lorn House, Albany Street, Oban and also at Sub Post Office Ledaig during the period of 28 days beginning with the date of this notice.

Copies the environmental statement may be purchased from CRE Energy, c/o Strategic Transactions, Scottish Power, Spean Street, Glasgow (Tel. No. 0141 568 4418) at a cost of £200.00.
