At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above named company, duly convened and held at 20 Stafford Street, Edinburgh, EH3 7BD on 10th February 2003 the following Special Resolution was duly passed:
“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Thomas Ritchie Campbell, Chartered Accountant, Scott & Paterson, Bruntsfield House, 6 Bruntsfield Terrace, Edinburgh, EH10 4EX be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up”.
