Sequestration of the Estate of

Graham McKechnie

The Estate of Graham McKechnie, formerly trading from and currently residing at 11 Trinity Avenue, Cardonald, Glasgow G52 3ES was sequestrated by Interlocutor of the Sheriff at Glasgow on 17th February 2003 and Annette Menzies of Kenneth A Ross & Sharkey, 375 West George Street, Glasgow G2 4LW was appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to the Interim Trustee. For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the relevant date for claims is 24th January 2003.

Any creditor known to the Interim Trustee will be notified of the date, time and place of the Meeting of Creditors to elect a Permanent Trustee.
