Notice is hereby given that on 19th February 2003 a Petition by Tulwinder Singh Rai, residing at 37 Abercorn Road, Newton Mearns, Glasgow, as executor dative to the late Sandhu Singh Rai, formerly trading as “The Indus Restaurant” with a place of business at 437 Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow, was presented to the Lords of Council and Session for restoration of Crosscut Welding (Glasgow) Ltd to the Register of Companies in terms of Section 653 of the Companies Act 1985. Any persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted, should lodge Answers at the Office of Court, Court of Session, Parliament Square, Edinburgh within 21 days of this advertisement.
