Notice is hereby given that in a petition presented by Mexalex Limited on 18th March 2003 craving the Court inter alia to order that Mexalex Limited having its Registered Office at 249 West George Street, Glasgow, G23 4RB be restored to the Register of Companies in terms of Section 653 of the Companies Act 1985. The Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 19th March 2003 ordered all parties having an interest to lodge answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within eight days after such intimation advertisement and service.
