Notice is hereby given that in a petition presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow on 24th March 2003 by Ahl Al-Bait Society Limited a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having tits registered office at 25 Woodside Place, Glasgow for an order to restore the name Ahl Al-Bait Society Limited to the Register of Companies in Scotland, the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 24th March 2003 appointed petition to be intimated on the Walls of Court and to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette and The Herald Newspaper and ordained any party claiming an interest to lodge answers thereto, if so advised, within eight days after such intimation, advertisement and service.
