Notice is hereby given that in a fpetition presented by Endrick International Services Limited on 24th April 2003 craving the Court inter alia to order that Endrick International Services Limited having its Registered Office at 44 New Endrick Road, Killearn, Glasgow, G63 9QT be restored to the Register of Companies in terms of Section 653 of the Companies Act 1985. The Sheriff by interlocutor dated 24th April 2003 ordered all parties having an interest to lodge answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Stirling within eight days after such intimation advertisement and service.
