Notice is hereby given, in terms of Section 67(2) of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of Creditors will be held at Grant Thornton, 1/4 Atholl Crescent, Edinburgh EH3 8LQ at 10.00 am on 22nd May 2003 for the purpose of presenting the Report of the joint Receivers and of determining whether or not to establish a Committee of Creditors and who are to be the members of that Committee if established.

Creditors whose claims are unsecured, in whole or in part, are entitled to attend in person or by proxy, and a resolution will be passed by a majority in value of those voting. Such creditors whose claims and proxies have been submitted and accepted at the meeting or lodged beforehand at the undernoted address may vote.
