NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT IN PURSUANCE OF SECTION 34

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 36(1)(a) of the Control of Pollution Act 1974, that an application has been made to SEPA by Tighmor, per David Narro Associates Ltd for consent to discharge 40 cubic metres per day of treated sewage effluent to the Lossley Burn at NGR NO 153 083 from a proposed housing development at Outhill Towers Farm, by Milnathort.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to The Registrar, SEPA, 7 Whitefriars Crescent, Perth, PH2 0PA not later than 27th June 2003 quoting reference WPC/E/0022785.

A copy of the application may be inspected free of charge at the above address.
