Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 653 of the Companies Act 1985, that a Petition has been lodged in Glasgow Sheriff Court at the instance of ABF Grain Products Limited, having its registered office at Weston Centre, Bowater House, 68 Knightsbridge, London SW1X 7IQ, that the dissolution of the company formerly known as Sunblest Bakeries (Edinburgh) Limited, which was incorporated in Scotland on 31st October 1989 and had a registered office at 180 Glentanar Road, Glasgow G22 7UP, be declared void. By Interlocutor dated 16th May 2003 the Sheriff ordains any persons having an interest if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow within eight days after this advertisement.
