Colvilles Clugston Shanks (Holdings) Limited

Notice is hereby given that by Petition to the Court of Session, Joseph Robertson, 13 Bank Road, Carmyle, Glasgow, sought the restoration of Colvilles Clugston Shanks (Holdings) Limited, which had its registered office at Craigneuk Road, Carfin, Motherwell, ML1 4XD, and that no answers having been lodged the Lord Ordinary, by interlocutor dated 23rd October 2002 granted this restoration. Pursuant to said Interlocutor, the period from the date of dissolution, namely 15th December 1994, until the date of restoration shall not count for the purposes of Section 17 of the Prescription and Limitation (Scotland) Act 1973.
