WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981
NATIONAL PARK AND ACCESS TO THE COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1949 (As Amended)
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 19(4) of the above 1949 Act that by The Insh Marshes National Nature Reserve No. 1 Declaration 2003 dated Twentieth May, Two Thousand and Three it was declared by Scottish Natural Heritage that those areas of ground extending in total to 695 hectares or thereby known as Insh Marshes, by Kingussie, in the Local Authority Area of Highland Council are managed as a National Nature Reserve by The Royal Society for the Protection of Birds, (a body approved by S.N.H. for the purposes of a National Nature Reserve in terms of section 35(5) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981) under the provisions of the above 1949 Act with effect from 30th May 2003.
Certified copies of The Insh Marshes National Nature Reserve No. 1 Declaration 2003 have been deposited for public inspection free of charge as undernoted and may be inspected for a period of one month following 30th May 2003.
