SSI Enclosures Limited

Notice is hereby given that on the 3rd June 2003, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Kilmarnock by Neil Alexander Fraser, Director of SSI Enclosures Limited, whose Registered Office is 24 Raillies Avenue, Largs, KA30 8QY (“the Company”) craving the Court inter alia that the Company be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; and that in the meantime Irene Harbottle, Insolvency Practitioner, Scott House, 12/16 South Frederick Street, Glasgow G1 1HJ be appointed as Provisional Liquidator of the said Company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Kilmarnock by Interlocutor dated 3rd June 2003 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Kilmarnock within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; eo die appointed the said Irene Harbottle to be Provisional Liquidator of the said Company with the all the usual powers necessary for the interim preservation of the Company’s assets and in particular the powers contained in Schedule 4 Part II Paragraphs 4 & 5 of the Insolvency Act 1986 all of which notice is hereby given.
