Notice is hereby given that on 11th June 2003 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Lothian and Borders at Edinburgh by the Linn Motor Group Limited, a company registered under the Companies Acts, having its registered office 30-31 Queen Street, Edinburgh, craving the Court, inter alia, that the Linn (Greenock) Limited, having its registered office at 30-31 Queen Street, Edinburgh be restored to the Register of Companies in terms of Section 653 of the Companies Act 1985 in which Petition the Sheriff at Edinburgh by the Interlocutor dated 11th June 2003 ordered that a copy of the Petition be published on the Walls of Court and like copies be served upon the Lord Advocate and the Register of Companies and ordains any person wishing to object to the crave of the application to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at the Sheriff Court House, 27 Chambers Street, Edinburgh within eight days of such publication, service and advertisement.
