Notice is hereby given that on 9th June 2003, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Ayr by RMC Readymix Limited, RMC House, Coldharbour Lane, Thorpe Egham, Surrey craving the Court inter alia that Westpoint Construction (Scotland) Limited having their Registered Office at 18-20 Barns Street, Ayr KA7 1XA be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed and that in the meantime Douglas Brown Jackson, Chartered Accountant, 25 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6NL be appointed as Provisional Liquidator of the said Company, in which Petition the Sheriff at Ayr, by Interlocutor dated 9th June 2003, appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Ayr within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service and eo die appointed the said Douglas Brown Jackson, Chartered Accountant, to be Provisional Liquidator of the said Company with the powers specified in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986, of all of which notice is hereby given.
