Notice is hereby given that a Note was presented to the Sheriff of Grampian Highland and Islands at Sheriff at Aberdeen seeking authority to:

1.	Dispense with the settlement of a list of contributories and;
2.	Fix a date on or before which all creditors of the above company are to prove their debts or claims.

The Sheriff at Aberdeen dispensed with the settlement of a list of contributories in terms of section 148(2) of the Insolvency Act 1986 and fixed a date of 30 days from the date of this advertisement as the date on or before which all creditors of the company are to prove their debts, or claims, or risk being excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the said date.
