The estate of the former partnership of Golden Pond Takeaway formerly having a place of business at 1 Seaforth Terrace, Edinburgh EH4 2BS was sequestrated by the sheriff at Edinburgh on Wednesday 11th June 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Laurence D Grainger Esq CA, Begbies Traynor, 4 Albyn Place, Edinburgh EH2 4NG, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.
