The estate of Martin Paul Haggerty, formerly residing at 238 Berkeley Street, Flat 2/2, Glasgow and now residing at 13 Ardtoe Place, Stepps, Glasgow was sequestrated at the Court of Session on Thursday 12th June 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to William D Robb Esq CA, Scott House, 12/16 South Frederick Street, Glasgow G1 1HJ, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Tuesday 1st April 2003.
