The estate of Graham Andrew Burns, 11 Hornbeam Crescent, Laurieston, Falkirk FK2 9HZ trading as L G Burns Metalwork, Unit 1B, Old Redding Road Industrial Estate, Laurieston FK2 9JU was sequestrated by the sheriff at Falkirk on Wednesday 11th June 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to John H Ferris Esq CA, Ferris Associates, 12 Edison House, Fullerton Road, Glenrothes KY6 5QR, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.
