Notice is hereby given that in a Petition presented by Rebecca Lyons residing at 30 Galston Court, Hamilton, ML3 7YH (formerly of 25 Galston Court, Hamilton, ML3 7YH), an order was pronounced by Lord J G Reid, QC, at the Court of Session at Edinburgh on 13th June 2003 to appoint the Petition to be intimated on the walls in common form and to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette Newspaper; granting warrant for serving the Petition was craved, together with a copy of this interlocutor upon the parties named and designed in the Schedule annex thereto; and allowing them and all other parties claiming an interest to lodge answers thereto, if so advised, within fourteen days after such intimation, service and advertisement.
