A Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court at Glasgow on 3rd April 2003 by Gillian Margaret Rayson and John Alan Rayson, the directors of Crafts & Woollens Limited (“the Company”) a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC152260) having its registered office at 375 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 4LH, craving the Court inter alia to make an Administration Order in respect of the Company, and to appoint Joint Administrators to the Company in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by interlocutor dated 8th May 2003 having considered the Petition and proceedings, no Answers having been lodged, made an Administration Order in relation to the said Company and appointed David Kelso Hunter, CA, and Derek Murray Law Forsyth, CA, both of Sherwood House, 7 Glasgow Road, Paisley, PA1 3QS as Joint Administrators of the Company each with authority to exercise all the powers of an Administrator independently of the other, all of which notice is hereby given.
