I, Blair Carnegie Nimmo, Chartered Accountant, Saltire Court, 20 Castle Terrace, Edinburgh EH1 2EG, United Kingdom hereby give notice that my partner Gary Steven Fraser and I were appointed joint receivers of the whole property and assets of Sky Parks (Edinburgh) Limited in terms of Section 51 of the Insolvency Act 1986 on 1st August 2003.

In terms of Section 59 of the said Act, Preferential Creditors are required to lodge their formal claims with me within six months of this date.
