Notice is hereby given that on 9th September 2003 a petition was presented to the Court of Session by Alan Campbell and Kristine McDonald McNeil craving the court inter alia that an Administration Order be granted in respect of Southend Property Holdings plc a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (registered number SC13187) and having their registered office at Owen House, 8 Bankhead Crossway North, Edinburgh EH11 4BR in which petition by Interlocutor dated 12th September 2003 Lady Paton appointed Douglas Colquhoun MacDonald, Chartered Accountant and Insolvency Practitioner, The MacDonald Partnership plc, First Floor, 81 St Martin’s Lane, London WC2N 4AA and Ross David Connock, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, Baker Tilly, Spectrum House, 20-26 Cursitor Street, London. EC4A 1HY to be Joint Administrators of the said Southend Property Holding plc for the purposes specified in Section 8(3) (b) and (d) of the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
