Notice to Creditors

A meeting of the Creditors of Camp Bros (Café) Limited is to be held within Merchants House, 7 West George Street, Glasgow at 10.30am on 24th September 2003 under the provisions of Section 67 of the Insolvency Act 1986.

The purpose of this meeting is to receive the report of the receivers and if the Creditors wish to do so, to appoint a Committee of Creditors.

Creditors whose claims are wholly secured are not entitled to attend or be represented at the meeting. For the purpose of voting, a statement of claim together with a Form of Proxy must be lodged with me at Wylie & Bisset at or before the meeting.
