THE OFFSHORE COMBUSTION INSTALLATIONS (PREVENTION AND CONTROL OF POLLUTION) REGULATIONS 2001
In accordance with the requirements of the Offshore Combustion Installations (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Regulations 2001, ConocoPhillips has applied to the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry for a permit to operate a combustion installation at the Caister Murdoch System III, Block 44/22a.
As required under regulation 7(1), copies of the application may be obtained on request either by e-mail (environmental managementteam@dti.gsi.gov.uk), telephone (01224 254054), by fax (01224 254019), or in writing to the address below.
Individuals wishing to comment on the application have 28 days from 26th September 2003, to make representations to the Secretary State for Trade and Industry, in the form of an e-mail, facsimile or letter quoting reference CMSIII PPC Application and addressed to The Secretary of State for Trade and Industry, FAO Cara Noble (Senior Administrator), Environmental Management Team, Licensing and Consents Unit (Offshore Environment), 4th Floor, Atholl House, 86-88 Guild Street, Aberdeen AB11 6AR
