NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT IN PURSUANCE OF SECTION 34

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 36(1)(a) of the Control of Pollution Act 1974, that an application has been made to SEPA by Mr D Clayton on behalf of Mr and Mrs Hogg, 51 Abercromby Road, Castle Douglas, for consent to discharge up to 6.25 cubic metres per day of tertiary treated sewage effluent to a tributary of the Carlingwark Lane at NGR NX 7580 6307 from a treatment system serving 7 dwellings on Abercromby Road, Castle Douglas.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Scottish Environment Protection Agency. 5 Redwood Crescent, Peel Park, East Kilbride, Glasgow G74 5PP, not later than 7th November 2003 quoting reference WPC/W/31234.
