NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT IN PURSUANCE OF SECTION 34

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 36(1)(a) of the Control of Pollution Act 1974 (as amended), that applications have been made to SEPA by Scottish Water for consent to discharge as detailed below:

WPC/N/0070890 -up to 432 m3 per day of combined sewer overflow - untreated to the River Dee at NGR NO 6972 9531 from Dee Street Wastewater Pumping Station.

WPC/N/0070891 - up to 432 m3 per day of emergency overflow - untreated to the River Dee at NGR NO 6972 9531 from Dee Street Wastewater Pumping Station.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the applications should do so in writing to The Registrars, SEPA, Greyhope House, Greyhope Road, Torry, Aberdeen, AB11 9RD not later than 11th November 2003 quoting the relevant reference number(s).

Copies of the applications may be inspected free of charge, at the above address.
