An action has been raised in Jedburgh Sheriff Court by Scottish Borders Council calling as defenders, Mrs Wilma McCulloch, 16 Loan, Hawick; James Brannan, believed to reside at Lauriston, Dumfriesshire; William Brannan, believed to reside at Roberts Avenue, Selkirk; Mrs Rose Darling, believed to be resident in York and two others, unknown to the pursuers, being the brothers and sisters, and next of kin of the late Robert Turnbull Brannan, sometime of 26 Trinity Street, Hawick, thereafter of 4A Oliver Crescent, Hawick and latterly of Allars Crescent, Hawick and who died during October, 2000. If any of the said parties wish to defend the action, they should immediately contact the Sheriff Clerk, Jedburgh Sheriff Court, Castlegate, Jedburgh, TD8 6AR from whom the service copy Initial Writ may be obtained. If they fail to do so, Decree may be granted against them.
