NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT IN PURSUANCE OF Section 34

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 36(1)(a) of the Control of Pollution Act 1974 (As Amended), that an application has been made to SEPA by Spey Fishery Board for consent to discharge 1210.00 m3 per day of trade effluent to Allt A’ Choileachain at NGR NJ 219 297 from Sandbank Hatchery, Shenval, Glenlivet, Morayhire, AB35 9JA.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to The Registrar, SEPA, Greyhope House, Greyhope Road, Aberdeen, AB11 9RD not later than 23rd December 2003 quoting reference WPC/N/70937.

A copy of the application may be inspected free of charge, at the above address.
