(In Members’ Voluntary Liquidation)

At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members the above named company, duly convened and held at 20 Barnton Street, Stirling, FK8 1NE on 31st October 2003 the following Special Resolution was duly passed:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Keith V Anderson, Chartered Accountant, Scott & Paterson, Bruntsfield House, 6 Bruntsfield Terrace, Edinburgh, EH10 4EX be and he is hereby appointed liquidator for the purposes of such winding up”.
