Notice is hereby given that on 30th October 2003 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of South Strathclyde Dumfries and Galloway at Ayr craving the Court that an order be made restoring the name of Golflink 2000 Limited having its registered office at Laigh Killoup, Old Dailly, Girvan to the Register of Companies, in which petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 30th October 2003 appointed all parties having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Wellington Square, Ayr within 21 days after intimation, advertisement or service, all which notice is hereby given.
