NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT IN PURSUANCE OF SECTION 34

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 36(1)(a) of the Control of Pollution Act 1974 (As Amended), that an application has been made to SEPA by Mainstream, Scotland Ltd for consent to discharge trade effluent to Controlled Waters. These applications refer to existing installations. They involve an increase in production of salmon and include additional medicines used for treating sealice infestations at the following Marine Cage Fish Farm sites.
