NATIONAL PARKS AND ACCESS TO THE COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1949
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 19(4) of the above named Act that by the Knockan Crag National Nature Reserve Declaration 2004 dated 2nd February 2004 it was declared by Scottish Natural Heritage that the area of ground extending to 22.15 hectares or thereby at Knockanrock in Highland Council and for recording purposes in the County of Ross & Cromarty is managed as a Nature Reserve under the provisions of the Act with effect from Twenty Fifth February, Two Thousand and Four.
With effect from Twenty Fifth February Two Thousand and Four, the Inverpolly Nature Reserve No. 2 Declaration 1962 dated Twenty Eighth September, Nineteen Hundred and Sixty Two is withdrawn.
Certified Copies of the Declaration with plans annexed have been deposited for public inspection free of charge as undernoted and may be inspected during a period of one month following Twenty Fifth February, Two Thousand and Four.
