NATIONAL PARKS AND ACCESS TO THE COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1949
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 19(4) of the above named Act that by the Inverpolly Nature Reserve De-Declaration 2004 dated 2nd February 2004, it was declared by Scottish Natural Heritage that the area of ground extending in total to 26,791 acres or thereby, part of the Estates of Inverpolly, Eisg-brachaidh, Drumrunie and Assynt, in the Council Area of Highland Council and for recording purposes in the County of Ross and Cromarty (which land was included in The Inverpolly Nature Reserve No. 1 Declaration made by the Nature Conservancy on the Twenty Seventh April, Nineteen Hundred and Sixty One) is no longer a Nature Reserve with effect from Twenty Fifth February Two Thousand and Four.
Certified Copies of the De-Declaration with plans annexed have been deposited for public inspection free of charge as undernoted and may be inspected for a period of one month following Twenty Fifth February Two Thousand and Four.
