NATIONAL PARKS AND ACCESS TO THE COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1949
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 19(4) of the above named Act that by the Achanarras Quarry Nature Reserve De-Declaration 2004 dated 2nd February 2004 it was declared by Scottish Natural Heritage that the area of ground extending to 43 hectares or thereby in the former Parish of Halkirk in Highland Council, (which land was included in the Achanarras Quarry Nature Reserve No. 1 Declaration 1981 made by the Nature Conservancy Council on the Seventeenth September, Nineteen Hundred and Eighty One) is no longer a Nature Reserve with effect from 25th February 2004.
Certified Copies of the De-Declaration with plans annexed have been deposited for public inspection free of charge as undernoted and may be inspected for a period of one month following 25th February 2004.
