NATIONAL PARKS AND ACCESS TO THE COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1949 (As Amended)

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 19(4) of the above Act that by the Invernaver Nature Reserve No. 1 De-Declaration 2004 dated 2nd February 2004 it was declared by Scottish Natural Heritage that (One) the area of ground extending to Seven Hundred and Thirty Five acres or thereby part of the estate of Achnabourin in the Parish of Farr and in Highland Council and (Two) the area of ground extending to Six Hundred and Twenty Eight acres or thereby part of the estate of Tongue, in the Parish of Tongue and in Highland Council, which were included in The Invernaver Nature Reserve No. 1 Declaration 1960 dated 27th October 1960 are no longer a Nature Reserve with effect from 25th February 2004.

Certified Copies of the De-Declaration with plans annexed have been deposited for public inspection free of charge as undernoted and may be inspected for a period of one month following 25th February 2004.
