NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT IN PURSUANCE OF SECTION 34

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 36(1)(a) of the Control of Pollution Act 1974 (As Amended), that an application has been made to SEPA by Alicrose Limited for consent to discharge 4,000 m3 per day of fish processing effluent to the North Sea at NGR NK 1440 4585 from Keith Inch.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to The Registrar, SEPA, Greyhope House, Greyhope Road, Torry, Aberdeen, AB11 9RD not later than 29th June 2004 quoting reference WPC/N/71476.

A copy of the application may be inspected free of charge, at the above address.
