NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT IN PURSUANCE OF SECTION 34

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 36(1)(a) of the Control of Pollution Act 1974 (As Amended), that an application has been made to SEPA by Simon Howie Foods for consent to discharge 8.5 m3 per day of trade effluent to a tributary of the Latch Burn/Land at NGR NO 0191 1389 from Findony Farm, Dunning.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to The Registrar, SEPA, Perth Office, 7 Whitefriars Crescent, Perth, PH2 0PA not later than 23rd July 2004 quoting reference WPC/E/0071423.

A copy of the application may be inspected free of charge, at the above address.
