Notice to Creditors

A meeting of the creditors of Lymburn Contractors Limited is to be held within the Committee Room at Merchants Hall, 7 West George Street, Glasgow G2 1BA at 11.00am on Thursday 5th August 2004 under the provisions of Section 67 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The purpose of this meeting is to receive the report of the receivers and if the creditors wish to do so, to appoint a creditors’ committee. Creditors whose claims are wholly secured are not entitled to attend or be represented at the meeting.
