NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT IN PURSUANCE OF SECTION 34

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 36(1)(a) of the Control of Pollution Act 1974 (As Amended), that an application has been made to SEPA by Gael Force Marine Equipment for consent to discharge 50 m3 per day of Trade Effluent to The Minch at NGR NB 432 304 from a net washing station, Arnish Point Industrial Estate, Stornoway, Isle of Lewis.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to The Registrar, SEPA, Graesser House, Fodderty Way, Dingwall IV15 9XB not later than 31st August 2004 quoting reference WPC/N/71672.

A copy of the application may be inspected free of charge, at the above address and at SEPA’s Western Isles Office, No 2 James Square, James Street, Stornoway, Isle of Lewis, HS1 2QN.
