INSTRUMENT OF CONSENT UNDER SECTION 34(3)

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 36(1)(a) of the Control of Pollution Act 1974 (As Amended), that on 14th July 2004 SEPA served on Mr and Mrs F R Sweet and Mr & Mrs P Nugent an instrument giving consent, subject to conditions, to discharge 1 cubic metre per day of sewage effluent to the Spoutswell Burn at NGR NO 0272 4300 from (a) The Shieling and (b) Strathview, Spoutswells, Dunkeld, PH8 0AZ.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the instrument of consent should do so in writing to The Registrar, SEPA, 7 Whitefriars Crescent, Perth, PH2 0PA not later than 3rd September 2004 quoting reference WPC/E/71243.

A copy of the instrument of consent may be inspected free of charge, at the above address.
