NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT IN PURSUANCE OF SECTION 34

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 36(1)(a) of the Control of Pollution Act 1974 (As Amended), that an application has been made to SEPA by Mr & Mrs M Nicolson for consent to discharge 4.5 m3 per day of sewage effluent to the South Burn of Murrion at NGR HU 247 789 from proposed Cafe and Caravan Park, Braewick, Eshaness, Shetland.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to The Registrar, SEPA, Graesser House, Fodderty Way, Dingwall, IV15 9XB not later than 2nd November 2004 quoting reference WPC/N/71870.

A copy of the application may be inspected free of charge, at the above address or at the SEPA Shetland Office, The Esplanade, Lerwick, Shetland, ZE1 0LL
