NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT IN PURSUANCE OF SECTION 34

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 36(1)(a) of the Control of Pollution Act 1974 (As Amended), that an application has been made to SEPA by Highlands & Islands Enterprise for consent to discharge up to 5 m3 per day of sewage effluent to Basta Voe at NGR HU 9770 5213 from Sellafirth, Yell, Shetland.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to The Registrar, SEPA, Graesser House, Fodderty Way, Dingwall, IV15 9XB not later than 16th November 2004 quoting reference WPC/N/71867.

A copy of the application may be inspected free of charge, at the above address or at the SEPA Shetland office, The Esplanade, Lerwick, Shetland, ZE1 0LL.
