NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT

IN PURSUANCE OF SECTION 34

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 36(1)(a) of the Control of Pollution Act 1974 (As Amended), that an application has been made to SEPA by Eaglescraig Properties Ltd for consent to discharge up to 16.2 cubic metres per day of treated sewage effluent to a tributary of the Thorntonhall Burn at NGR NS 6000 5410 from a business park development at Redwood Court, Peel Park, East Kilbride, Glasgow.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Registrar, SEPA, 5 Redwood Crescent, Peel Park, East Kilbride G74 5PP, not later than 19th November 2004, quoting reference WPC/W/71966.

A copy of the application may be inspected free of charge, at the above address.
